What a fun adventure you are all on! I've enjoyed showing the kids your photos - and especially the videos! How GREAT to be having the adventure of a lifetime! I'm am sorry our Jordon Connection didn't pull through - but, sounds like your time spent there was pretty amazing non-the less! Can't wait to have a private screening of your slides this summer! We miss you all! Happy and safe travels!
Cheers, The Nashes

Hello Elizabeth,

We met , in the laundry several times during our shared voyage to Antarctica on Explorer 2. You and Ted were kind enough to give us your website address so that we could follow your trip. As Wayne and I settle back to work and family life in South Wales in the UK, our travels to the Falkland Islands , South Georgia and the Peninsula seem very distant. We are slowly sorting through over 2000 photos to share with our family and friends. The aim is to reduce it to a slide show of 250. We are not having much success at the moment in completing the task. I can not imagine having to face the same task for your trip. It is amazing that we were as privileged as to see such wonderful scenery and wild life.

I would like to thank you for letting us share your adventure. I recall Gibson telling me that he did not receive mail. With your approval, I will write to him to let him know how much I enjoy his blog.

Elizabeth, I love your entries, keep them coming! As I'll likely be venturing into the home-schooling front this coming fall, I am voraciously reading your blogs. What approach did you follow to find the most appropriate curriculum materials? Travel well ... cheers! Helen

Elizabeth and Ted...All of your e-mails should be put between hard covers (see LULU.com and then Winthropj and then log in) In your absence I have been able to create seven books. The one entitled "Scribblings" includes, among other things, some published articles about my trip around the world - years ago) If you buy any, be sure to tell me so I can reimburse you and remember to always root for the Red Sox. Incidentqllly the written efforts of each of you can be put into a book with Lulu. Cheers, John , Libby and the four sons ps We miss you!

Dear Elizabeth,
I knew you were doing an around the world journey but I had no idea how extensive it was to be. Robin gave us the web site address today and I have passed it on to JJ and my girls. What you and Ted are doing with your children is so inspiring. I spent 2 months in Peru with Davis and Marisa when they were three and six. It was the most amazing experience for all of us!
We are still waiting to see if Barrack wins in our state, I am hopeful.
Gibson and Sterling are you riding with the gaucho's? All my love Christi
